Legacy systems and a lack of customer insight had left Wickes with a need to develop a multi-faceted loyalty programme that allowed them to understand their customers’ profile and shopping habits; rewarding both trade and DIY customers for their loyalty to Wickes, while understanding their needs as two very different customer groups.
We were appointed to launch the entire CRM programme for Wickes – ‘My Card’ – the biggest CRM based loyalty scheme launch in the retail sector in the UK.
